US shipping

Rates and threshold

• US standard shipping: $7.95 for merchandise subtotals below $150.
• Free US standard shipping: merchandise subtotal of $150 or more.

The threshold is calculated after discounts and before tax. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless applicable law or a product-specific notice requires otherwise.

Timing

Most in-stock orders are prepared in two to seven business days. Standard US transit is estimated at five to seven business days after dispatch. These windows are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates; a product page or order notice may state a different preparation window.

Tracking and address accuracy

Tracking is emailed after dispatch. Check the shipping address before placing the order. If an address or delivery detail needs attention, contact the studio promptly with the order number; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

International delivery

This policy currently describes United States delivery only. An international destination is not accepted unless a shipping method and its full cost are shown at checkout.
